We are a non profit making organisation and all fees are used for the Pre-school. We also have charitable status under the Charities Act.
We operate a single fee scale, although working parents on low incomes may qualify for working parent tax credits, which can be for up to 70% of the fees payable, depending on level of income.
There are many ways of receiving help with fees. Some are listed below but the Islington Children’s Information Service (ICIS) issues an information pack which covers help: whether you are expecting a baby, working, planning to work, caring for a disabled child or studying. Call the ICIS on 020 7527 5959 to ask for a pack. If you are a Lone Parent you can contact an advisor on 0800 328 3147
Information about help with fees can also be found by telephoning 0845 300 3900 or writing to the Tax Credit Office (GB), Preston PR1 OSB. There is a helpful website. Just click on the link below:
The Child Trust Fund is a savings and investment account set up by the Government, and is for all children living in the UK born on after 1st September 2002. For more information click on the link below.

The Family Fund provides timely grants to families with severely disabled children, based on families’ views and needs
Some employers provide childcare vouchers so it is worth checking.
Apart from working with Tax Credits there are other ways in which parents can get help such as college help and vouchers. Ask Michelle for more information.
